Elevate Nursing Solutions is looking to change the healthcare industry in Australia. We are looking to not only operate a healthcare staffing agency encompassing nurses, aged care workers and disability workers, but we are also looking at mandating ongoing training and development for all of the healthcare workers that are part of our agency. This goes above and beyond and extends past CPD requirements as we feel that this is the best way for our professionals to stay ahead of the game.
Elevate Nursing Solutions has identified that not only is there a massive shortage of nurses and caregivers in Australia, but there's an even greater shortage of people who can train and mentor these people.

Our commitment to the nurses and caregivers that join Elevate Nursing Solutions is that we will provide ongoing training and mentorship to ensure that you develop into the best caregiver that you can be. Every nurse that joins Elevate Nursing Solutions will not only receive outstanding mentorship from our experienced local nurses, they will also receive the opportunity to work in a wide variety of roles encompassing hospitals, aged care, at home and NDIS work. The opportunities that can be presented include, are not limited to metropolitan areas but also regional and the roles are available at a national level.
